Our production stages in our products,

My Mky Steel Doors, which carefully selects the raw materials it uses in its production, uses DKP sheet metal in its frame and leaf production. The production phase starts with the cutting of DKP sheets in line with the orders. The cut parts are subjected to bending process in 200-ton Apgant presses. The bent frame and wing parts are carefully welded. After the experienced craftsmen retouch the welding places, the semi-finished door becomes ready for the painting process. The case and wing, which are coated with electrostatic powder paint in the paint workshop, gain an aesthetic appearance and become more resistant to scratches and impacts. The wooden parts of the steel door are made of MDF and can be applied as matte and glossy. My Mky Steel Doors, which gives importance to patterns and models in which contemporary lines are dominant, offers rich color and model options to its customers by expanding its archive day by day.
