Shaft Cover

Shaft Cover

The shaft cover provides protection by hiding your electrical and mechanical installations on the structure in a safe and decorative way. In the event of a possible fire, the installation shafts make a chimney effect and allow the fire to progress rapidly to the upper zones, while the use of the installation shaft cover prevents the fires occurring in the area from reaching the installations and the fires that may occur in the installation shafts to reach the usage areas.

Its fixed outer frame is made of Aluminum and its movable inner frame is made of galvanized material resistant to bending and buckling.

In addition to all the functionality of the control covers, the Fire Resistant Shaft Cover keeps the spread of fire at a minimum level for 90 minutes and allows people to escape to safe areas. Smoke and heat are the two main damaging factors in fire and the Shaft Cover does not allow exposure to these elements.
